Please tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and the AWWDIO version (Settings, About) when you write.

A voice is missing

Check Recently deleted in Settings first: deleted voices wait there for 30 days. If it is not there, go to Settings, then Report a missing clip. It opens an email with the details we need already filled in.

AWWDIO is not in my share sheet

In the share sheet, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More, and switch AWWDIO on.

The words are wrong

Check Settings, Transcription language. Voices are written down in that language, and you can set a different one for one person or one voice.

Which apps can I save from?

WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal. Messenger, Viber and iPhone Messages do not let you share a voice note out.

Moving to a new phone

Your voices come across in your iPhone backup or with Quick Start. If you do not back up, use Export everything in Settings first.
