If your firm is regulated by the SRA, your website must display the SRA digital badge. We place it where clients look for reassurance, so it reads as a mark of trust rather than small print.

Your website must publish your complaints procedure, including how clients can complain to the Legal Ombudsman and the SRA. We give it a clear, calm page of its own.

If you offer services such as residential conveyancing, probate or employment tribunal claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal, you must publish price and service information. We write it so clients can follow it and design it to sit naturally in the site.
